Our Achievements
Spearheaded a Workforce Management roadmap to transform one of the largest BC Health Authorities to a paperless environment, with potential year-over-year savings of $3 million.
Decommissioned several legacy applications from two provincial agencies. Contracted to complete various outstanding and on-hold provincial projects; flawlessly implementing selected Workbrain software, while preparing a parallel upgrade, which was accomplished on time and budget.
Created a custom solution for BC Health Authority for an automated shift callout system across ten different agencies. The Symphony QuickCall is now exclusively being used to manage short, and overtime call-out processes for all clinicians and clinical support staff.
Designed, leveraged, and enhanced Workbrain modules to stay within the vendor roadmap to deliver exceptional client solutions.
Our Managing Partner
Rakesh Moddi was educated at the University of Baroda, India, and progressed to obtain his Master of Computing at the Information Technology University of Western Sydney, in Australia. An Entrepreneurial-spirited technology executive with more than 25 years of experience exploiting technology to solve business problems.
He has a strong track record of success in developing and implementing robust, scalable, and highly usable On-Cloud and On-Premise Enterprise Software Applications in complex and uncertain business environments.
He is a catalyst for exponential growth with progressive leadership in various industry verticals, such as workforce management, banking, financial, and risk-management markets, life sciences and health. A financially astute strategist and planner who has led many crucial business growth initiatives, including business unit turnarounds, M&A strategies, and business integrations. He Integrates people, processes, and technology to drive dramatic and positive organizational change, aligning technological operations to collaborate on common goals.
